Shipping policy

We deliver within Australia only. All prices include GST.

Handles, knobs, backplates and taps — $10

$10 total shipping per order for any quantity or combination of handles, knobs, coordinating backplates, mixers and taps.

All other products — $40

$40 total freight per order for any quantity or combination of all other products, including sinks, appliances and large items across all brands.

Orders containing both groups — $50

If your order contains items from both groups, the charges combine to $50 total shipping and freight including GST. These are group charges, not per-item charges. The final amount is shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched from our factory within 1–3 business days. Allow approximately 7 business days for delivery after dispatch.
