Shipping policy

We deliver within Australia only. All shipping and freight prices include GST.

Handles, knobs, backplates and taps — $10

$10 total shipping per order for any quantity or combination of handles, knobs, coordinating backplates, mixers and taps.

Standard products — $50

$50 total freight per order for any quantity or combination of standard products, including sinks and appliances other than the large appliances listed below.

Large appliances — $200

$200 total freight per order within this group for washing machines, fridges (including beverage and wine fridges), dryers and freestanding cookers across all brands. This is a group charge, not a per-item charge.

Mixed orders

Shipping charges are added once for each freight group in your order:

• $10 group + $50 group: $60 total.
• Large appliances + $10 group: $210 total.
• Large appliances + $50 group: $250 total.
• All three groups: $260 total.

The final shipping and freight amount is shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched from our factory within 1–3 business days. Allow approximately 7 business days for delivery after dispatch.
