These terms apply to purchases from Kookaburra Kitchen Shop at shop.kookaburrakitchens.com.au.
Products and information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images and prices. Please check the model, dimensions, finish and installation requirements before ordering. Contact us if you need help choosing a suitable product.
Product colours may appear differently on different screens. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
If we discover a pricing or product-information error affecting your order, we’ll contact you to explain the issue and agree on the next steps. We won’t charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order, we’ll refund any payment for the unfulfilled items and associated undelivered freight.
Orders and availability
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details when placing an order.
Availability may depend on stock held at our factory or by our suppliers. If an item becomes unavailable or a delay affects your order, we’ll contact you to discuss the available options. We won’t substitute a different product without your agreement.
Delivery and freight
Delivery charges are shown at checkout. See our Shipping & Freight page for the applicable rates and arrangements.
Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise. If a significant delay occurs, contact us so we can help resolve it. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
Please let us know about access restrictions that could affect delivery. Any proposed additional service or charge must be agreed with you before it is incurred.
Installation and use
Follow the manufacturer’s installation, operation and maintenance instructions. Use appropriately licensed tradespeople where required.
Unless expressly included in the product listing or agreed in writing, a product purchase does not include installation.
Returns, refunds and order changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll check its progress and explain the available options, including whether it has already been dispatched.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Warranties and consumer guarantees
Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by product. Refer to the applicable product information and manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Contact us directly for help with a fault or warranty enquiry. We’ll assist with the assessment and next steps.
Manufacturer warranties operate in addition to Australian Consumer Law. Your consumer guarantee rights may continue beyond the stated manufacturer warranty period.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that purchase.
